Almost ready to go...

Well, as of yesterday I finally feel like I am getting somewhere with packing for the trip. Today I have just been busy doing everyone's laundry. I need to leave Rich with a full closet of clothes. Tomorrow, I am packing everything up. Unfortunately, Rich has to go out of town for work on Wednesday, so he won't be able to see Jax and I off on our trip early Thursday morning, and that also means he won't be able to help pack the car. Which is why I decided that I need to be all packed up by tomorrow so he can load the car for me. ;)

Ok...enough about me and packing for the trip...because I have some EXCITING NEWS to share with all of you!!!

JACKSON ROLLED OVER FOR THE FIRST TIME ON FRIDAY, June 15th!!!!

It was very exciting...and now he can't seem to stop rolling over! He is getting lots of exercise now. He is also starting to take an interest in standing...or locking his legs into a standing position. He gets a big smile on his face when he does this.

Today I noticed that he is almost getting into a crawling position after he rolls over onto his tummy. Not that crawling is going to come anytime too soon, but he scoots his legs underneath him and gets his butt in the air. It's too cute!

We had a nice Father's Day at home yesterday. Rich received a new pair of "cool guy" sandals and a much needed Filing Cabinet for the home office.

On Saturday, we all headed out to our friend's, Tim and Jenny's home for a BBQ. It was very hot outside...and they have a pool. So of course we went splashing in the water. Jax was a bit unsure at first, but he got used to it and seemed to enjoy himself while hanging out in his little floatie.

That was pretty much our weekend. Nothing else going on here. This will probably be my last post until I get back home sometime in the first week of July. However, it will be well worth the wait because I just know I am going to have all kinds of good pictures. So just sit tight...and we'll be back before ya know it!
